I began my yoga journey in 2017. Only after leaving a corporate life of 24 years, did I find my passion in teaching.

I started practicing Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, but then found my home in Yin Yoga. I did my training in 2020 through Natalie Botha, and I fall a little bit more in love with practice with every class I teach.
Being gifted to teach people and see their transformation and how Yin has helped them navigate through their lives, is a privilege and honour.

I am a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher fuelled by my love for the transformative power of yoga.

Inspired by the positive impact it has had on my own running and CrossFit performance, I am committed to sharing the benefits of yoga with others.
My classes are designed to foster a playful atmosphere while pushing students to challenge their physical practice.

Through my classes, I aim to empower individuals to embrace thee holistic benefits of yoga and enhance their overall well-being.

The journey of yoga in my life has been like hiking through mountains filled with beauty, challenge, growth and perseverance.

I found yoga in 2017, it quickly became something I found invaluable teachings in and felt all that yoga brought to my life. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2020.
My teaching style is quite "go with the flow" incorporating various yoga styles. We will certainly challenge ourselves , ultimately to come closer to ourselves through the limbs of yoga.
When I am not teaching, I am a practicing Homeopath and Advanced Reiki Practitioner.
Yoga has changed my life if the most holistic of ways and I can't wait to flow with you.
